Morita chiles, seeded and chopped

White sesame seeds

Heat oil to 390°F and fry the chiles, pepitas, and garlic separately. Please note that these will carry over cooking after they are taken out of the oil.

Allow the fried ingredients to cool completely.

Next, combine the fried ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is combined but still chunky.

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, seasoning to taste. Set aside.
